Sleep tight wee man xXxX

To my special little angel
we hardly ever knew
we all send our love
to angels like you

We all protect our babies
we all have love to share
we all love you very much
and that is why we care

We are all strong together
we all have a special say
we help other people
our angel will guide the way

you will hear tiny footprints
like a drop of rain
gentle drops of tears from an angel
from joy and not pain

We will feel tiny kisses on our faces
we all wake up from our sleep
the little angel dissappears
that is a kiss we will have to keep

We all have joy
we all have pain
we all have feelings
and we dance in the rain

Sometimes it's hard to understand,
To see the reason why,
Sometimes it's hard to find the words,
To say that last goodbye.

The Watcher

They always leaned to watch for us
Anxious if we were late,
In winter by the window,
In summer by the gate.

And though we mocked them tenderly
Who had such foolish care,
The long way home would seem more safe,
Because they waited there.

Their thoughts were all so full of us,
They never could forget,
And so I think that where they are
They must be watching yet.

Waiting ‘til we come home to them
Anxious if we are late
Watching from Heaven’s window
Leaning from Heaven’s gate.

As we look back over time

To understand our problems
